Robins hopeful of Fulham deal

Bristol City Football Club are hopeful of keeping Liam Fontaine on a permanent basis.

The Fulham youngster had a successful loan spell with the club last season, and although he has been offered a new contract by Fulham, manager Gary Johnson is hopeful he will stay with the Robins. "At the moment, the deal is not totally dead," Johnson told the Bristol Evening Post. "We are still hopeful of having Liam here."
